Lisa Smail, Resort Manager
Lisa is the Sarasota Sunny South Resort Manager, Accredited Community Manager, and is a Florida Notary. She has lived in Florida since childhood, and lived in all parts of Florida from the Panhandle to Central Florida and both the South East Coast and the Southwest Coast. Lisa is a Retired Surgical Vet Tech and Clinic Manager. She has a love for animals and the outdoors. Lisa has worked for Zeman Homes for 5 years both in the MH and RV sides of the business. In her time off, she likes going to the beach, kayaking or riding her horse on trails.
Dan Verminski, Maintenance Tech
Originally from Clinton, New York, Dan is a Retired Corrections Officer, Paramedic and Fire Chief. Has worked for Zeman for 3 and a half years. Dan is a full time RV’er for the past 5 years. He enjoys boating and live music in his free time.

Ed Zeman, Chairman and Partner Zeman graduated from Eastern Illinois University with political science and business degrees in 1988. After completing his bachelor’s, Zeman began his career with Mobile Management Company as the Construction, Maintenance, and Repair Coordinator. He has since worked with several levels of the organization and possesses invaluable experience with numerous real estate entities, a finance company, a home sales company, and more recently, an insurance company, enabling him to provide a unique perspective. Zeman has owned and provided various companies with hands-on management. Ultimately responsible for their success, he has developed a thorough understanding of all issues affecting the bottom line. A self-described “been there, done that” entrepreneur, Zeman has been moving his company to become a professional management organization, continuing to work closely with associates in the daily management of the organization.
