Rates for our fully furnished rentals in season from November through April

• 1 bedroom rentals – from $775 – $975 per week or $2,200 – $2,800 per month
• 2 bedroom rentals – from $1,200 – $1,500 per week or $2,800 – $3,400 per month.

Rates for our fully furnished rentals off season from May through October

• 1 Bedroom Rentals – from $650 – $975 per week or $1,000 – $1,600 per month
• 2 Bedroom Rentals – from $975 – $1,200 per week or $1,600 – $3,200 per month.

Rates do not include $85-$125 cleaning fee. All rentals are non-smoking. Rates are subject to change.
